The high-strength, 4 foot (48 inch) black PVC pole is twice as long as required by law in most states. The high-visibility marine orange flag puts other boaters on high alert to your presence and activities on the water.

The pole features an EVA foam grip for a comfortable and secure hold, and the oversized flag resists fading.

This flag conforms to Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Washington laws.
