This is a replacement for the flexible rubber coupler mounted at the motor drive shaft/gear leg shaft junction on SE20, SE25, SE30 and SE40 thrusters.

If you have "sheared" your existing flexible coupler on your SE20/25/30/40 thruster, this is the one to buy.
