Thermostat 59078 is for use in MerCruiser 120/2.5L engines (with serial No. 2324347 and higher) with cast iron exhaust manifolds. Also for use in MerCruiser 140/3.0L engines (with serial No. 0L340999 and below) and MerCruiser 165 engines.
