Cut Off Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET for in-stock items typically ship the same day. Orders placed outside our regular hours or after the cut-off will be processed within 1-2 business days. Next Day and Two-Day orders placed by 1:00 PM ET will ship the same day; those placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Orders may require additional verification as part of our fraud-prevention review. Orders requiring review may experience a processing delay.
Free Shipping Promotion
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- Free shipping may not apply to some US addresses, large and/or oversized items. Freeport Marine Supply reserves the right to charge for shipping of items that do not qualify for free shipping and were not charged upon order placement.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with the exception of a return that is a result of a shipping error, item defect, or other extraneous circumstances (see return policy).
International Shipping Policy
Important Shipping Update
Due to ongoing challenges with international delivery services and disruptions in global trade logistics, we are temporarily suspending all international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best and most reliable service possible.
At this time, we are only accepting orders within the United States. Please check back for future updates regarding international shipping.
Online Only Items
Online Only items are stored at an external warehouse or fulfilled by a supplier rather than stocked at our Freeport retail location. Orders may ship directly to your shipping address. When pickup is available, the item is typically ready within 1–3 business days.
If your order contains items stocked at our Freeport retail location and Online Only items, they may ship from different locations and arrive separately with individual tracking numbers. We will notify you of significant delays.
Same-Day Local Delivery Policy
Same-Day Local Delivery may be available for eligible in-stock, non-hazardous items. Availability, delivery timing, and charges are shown at checkout.
Delivery Areas and Rates
Same-Day Local Delivery is available for eligible Nassau and Suffolk County addresses. Local delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Item Restrictions
Same-Day Local Delivery is limited to non-hazardous items. A package must be under 35 lbs and no larger than 36" x 36" x 36". Multiple items going to the same address that fit within these limits may be considered one package. Please note the following restrictions:
- No single item over 50 lbs
- No items larger than 36" x 36" x 36" in measurement
- Total weight limit of 250 lbs for all items in a single delivery batch
- No hazardous or dangerous materials
- No combustible, flammable, or dangerous goods
Additional Information
Items outside these dimensions or weight limits may still be eligible for delivery. Please contact sales@freeportmarine.com for a special delivery quote.
Shipping Restrictions
- Items that are considered hazardous cannot be shipped by us. Liquids can only be shipped using ground shipping services or picked up via In Store Pick Up.
- Items that exceed standard shipping limitations on weight and/or size are shipped via Truck Freight. Additional shipping fees apply. A signature may be required for receipt of shipment.
