This high-performance Non-Isolated DC/DC Converter is designed to provide reliable voltage stepping and power stabilization for demanding mobile and industrial environments. Engineered to step up a 12 VDC battery to ranges between 13.5 and 17.0 VDC or 24.0 and 27.5 VDC, the unit allows for precise adjustments in 0.5 VDC increments via a built-in 3-position DIP switch. Whether you need to stabilize a 12 or 24 VDC power system or boost voltage for specialized equipment, this converter delivers consistent, filtered power.

Safety and reliability are at the core of this design. The unit features an extensive protection suite, including reverse input protection, low input/output voltage alarms, over-temperature shutdown, and an output overvoltage crowbar. If the input voltage exceeds the regulated output voltage, the converter intelligently passes the voltage through with full LC filtering and a minimal schottky diode drop of 0.5 VDC or less, ensuring your electronics remain protected and powered.

Versatile enough for marine, automotive, and aeronautical applications, this converter is ideal for brightening 12-volt headlights, enhancing automotive ignition systems to prevent start-up failures, or stabilizing sensitive electronics.
