How to Take Part

1. Confirm eligibility with a participating dealer. Check the exact engine, available stock and the benefit you want before purchasing.
2. Complete your qualifying purchase by December 15, 2026. Financing applications must also be received by Sheffield Financial by this date.
3. Work with your selling dealer on the paperwork. Engine warranty registration and consumer rebate submissions must be completed by December 30, 2026. Allow 4–6 weeks after rebate submission for processing and eligibility verification.

Eligibility & Important Exclusions

• Offer applies to qualifying new Mercury outboard repower purchases from participating authorized Mercury Marine dealers in the United States during the promotional period.
• Engines must have been manufactured in the current calendar year or the four immediately preceding calendar years and must be warranty registered by December 30, 2026.
• Eligible engines are limited to available new stock in dealer inventory. Backorders, previously registered engines and engines purchased as part of a boatbuilder boat package are excluded.
• Mercury Racing, Avator, MerCruiser, Mercury V12 engines, Diesel, CPOs and Pacemakers are excluded.
• Excluded uses include donations, Angling Sponsorship, boat club or rental fleets, commercial, camp or resort, guide and outfitter, and government applications.
• Non-US residents, addresses outside the United States, purchases from unauthorized dealers, prior purchases and purchases outside the promotional dates are excluded.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates or incentives unless Mercury expressly permits it. Mercury may modify, cancel or suspend the promotion. Void where prohibited.

Promotional financing is offered through Sheffield Financial, a division of Truist Bank, Member FDIC, through participating Sheffield dealers. Subject to credit approval; approval, rates and terms depend on creditworthiness. Other financing offers are available.

Example: $10,000 amount financed, $0 down, 36 monthly payments of $299.63. Interest rate: 3.99%; estimated annual percentage rate: 4.98%. A $150 origination fee is added to the amount financed in this example.
