These are incandescent Aqua Signal replacement light bulbs.

Some useful bulb identification information:
• BA 15d bulbs: double contact bayonet, 15mm base diameter, pins are opposite each other
• BAY 15d (DC Index) bulbs: double contact bayonet, 15mm base diameter, pins are offset so the bulb only fits into the socket in one orientation
• BA 15s bulbs: single contact bayonet, 15mm base diameter, pins are opposite
• BA 9s bulbs: single contact bayonet, 9.1mm base diameter, pins are opposite
• SV8.5 bulbs: festoon, 8.5mm base diameter
• S7 bulbs: festoon, 7mm base diameter
