Replace freeze damaged or corroded exhaust manifolds.

Constant heat cycling and prolonged exposure to salt and fresh water causes exhaust system components to corrode faster than other marine engine parts. Replacement is not that uncommon. Sierra manifolds are engineered for a quick installation. Each manifold is an exact OEM match and leak tested for quality assurance. Mating surfaces are CNC machined to provide the best possible seal without additional preparation. The castings are primed and painted to stand up to the marine environment.
