Complete, replacement, 3-piece aluminum anode kit 8M6008002 fits Volvo sterndrives. Stainless steel hardware and installation hardware provided with easy instructions. Aluminum is 50% lighter and lasts up to 50% longer than zinc in harsh, saltwater environments and is more efficient in protecting the outboard, sterndrive and boat from galvanic corrosion. Protect your sterndrive from the harmful effects of galvanic corrosion. Inspect annually and easy to replace. Periodic maintenance and service helps protect your investment in your engine and your boating pleasure. See your owner's manual or service manual for specific application and instructions.
