Replacement fuel pump 8M0068164 is for MerCruiser sterndrive engines made by General Motors (305 and 350 cid). Replacement pump is same as originally installed on the engine. Easy to install with common shop tools.

  • Fuel pump mounts on side of engine with filter bowl facing down
  • Easy installation with common shop tools
  • Attaching hardware is not included
  • Fits GM small block 5.0 and 5.7-Liter V-8 engines 1983 thru 1995. Has provision for vent tube to carburetor.
  • Replaces Quicksilver 97401A8
  • Fuel inlet is at 10 O'clock position
  • Fuel outlet is at 9 O'clock position
  • Replaces Mercury 861678A1, 97401, 97401A2, 97401A8
  • THIS PUMP DOES NOT INCLUDE MOUNTING GASKET. IF MOUNTING GASKET IS NEED YOU MUST ORDER 27-34213
  • Note: This is always determined by looking at the bottom of the fuel pump with the rocker arm held at the 12 O'clock position.
