Water pump gasket 8172771 fits Mercury F40-60 FourStroke BigFoot/Command Thrust, Mercury and Mariner 60hp 2-stroke Big Foot (serial No. 0D000750 and above) outboards and all Mercury 75-115hp 4-stroke outboards and the 150hp EFI 4-stroke outboard. It will also fit Mercury or Mariner 70-90hp (3-cylinder) 2-stroke outboards (serial No. 0A996142 and above) and Mercury or Mariner 100-125hp (4-cylinder) 2-stroke outboards having pump cover screws without insulators. The gasket will also fit Mercury V-200/225/250 (3.0L) 2-stroke outboards and all 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder Verado outboards with the 4.80 in. diameter gear case. The water pump gasket is also for use on MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II sterndrives (serial No. 0D436859 and above). See your owner's manual or service manual for more information.
