Propeller nut 161471 can be used on Mercury and Mariner 9.9hp BigFoot, Mercury ProKicker (2005 and newer), 15-20hp FourStroke outboards (2007 and newer), Mercury and Mariner 25-30hp FourStroke outboards (2006 and newer). See your owner's manual for installation instructions and the Flo-Torq hub, thrust washers, and prop nut part numbers to best fit your engine or drive with this propeller.   • Must use the propeller nut to secure the propeller to the prop shaft
  • Install aft washer and tab washer before installing prop nut
  • Do not operate your engine or drive without the propeller nut in place
  • To aid future propeller removal, grease prop shaft splines with Mercury 2-4-C or Mercury Special Lube 101
