The Lewmar Thermal Circuit Breaker is a panel mounted, waterproof breaker that works with DC systems up to 48V. This trip-free breaker is ideal for a windlass circuit.

Features:

  • Works with DC systems up to 48V
  • Clear, single lever operation
  • Combines switching and circuit protection into a single device
  • Do not use as a switch where high inrush currents are expected
  • Type: Slow Blow Magnetic Thermal Breaker
  • Applications: Windlasses
  • 3000A interrupt capacity (The fault current that a device, normally a fuse or circuit breaker, is capable of breaking without damage)

  • "Trip Free" design cannot be held "ON" during fault current condition
  • Waterproof protection against immersion to 1 meter for 30 minutes
