Don’t replace the pump, repair it

Jabsco pumps have a reputation for quality and longevity. They are designed to be serviced and repaired rather than replaced. Service kits, replacement parts and spares help to increase the lifespan of installed pumps  and can restore function to a failed water pump or macerator. In some cases, replacement of an impellor will expand the capabilities of a pump; for example, the addition of a nitrile impellor can add oil compatibility to a 110 AC flexible impellor pump. To help confirm a part is right for your pump, an exploded view of the pump can be found in the owner’s manual with a list of associated part numbers. Whether your boat is a center console fishing boat with a bait tank or a larger cruiser with multiple water circulation and sanitation system pumps, maintaining the pumps and having spare parts will reduce repair times and  keep you out on the water.
