Le fil ANCOR Marine Grade est fabriqué à partir de torons en cuivre étamé pour une protection maximale contre la corrosion et l'électrolyse. Le toronnage ultra flexible (type 3) résiste à la fatigue due à l'ibration et à la flexion.
L'isolation en vinyle haut de gamme exclusive d'ANCOR reste flexible même par temps extrêmement froid et résiste à l'eau salée, à l'acide de batterie, à l'huile, à l'essence et aux rayons ultraviolets. L'isolation exclusive est évaluée à 600 volts, 105 °C sec et 75 °C humide, et résiste à la chaleur et à l'abrasion.
Dépasse toutes les normes UL 1426, US Coast Guard Charterboat (CFR Title 46) et ABYC.
