Airmar's innovative transducer designs continue to revolutionize the fishing world with the Medium Ultra-Wide (MW) Tilted Element™ series. This 1kW powerhouse takes sonar performance to a new level by utilizing a medium frequency range (60-100 kHz) with an incredible ultra-wide beamwidth. Measuring 57-73° port-starboard and 16° average fore-aft, this transducer provides maximum coverage under the boat, making it the premier choice for anglers targeting pelagic species in the upper water column.

These Medium Ultra-Wide models are engineered for superior mid-depth performance and exceptional fish-target separation. When integrated into a sophisticated sonar system, they provide a broad set of frequencies to interrogate targets from deep to shallow. Housed in a popular low-profile bronze housing, the internal ceramic element is fixed at a specific angle to correct for your hull's deadrise. This ensures the beam is oriented vertically to receive maximum echo returns while remaining almost flush to the hull, yielding excellent resolution even at higher speeds.
