Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time for in-stock items will typically ship out the same day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing outside of our normal operating hours and after our cut-off time.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Free shipping may not apply to some US addresses, large and/or oversized items. Freeport Marine Supply reserves the right to charge for shipping of items that do not qualify for free shipping and were not charged upon order placement.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with the exception of a return that is a result of a shipping error, item defect, or other extraneous circumstances (see return policy).
International Shipping
International shipping does not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
We ship internationally with most countries that don't hold export restrictions or sanctions.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Items that are considered hazardous cannot be shipped by us. Liquids can only be shipped using ground shipping services or picked up via In Store Pick Up.
Items that exceed standard shipping limitations on weight and/or size are shipped via Truck Freight. Additional shipping fees apply. A signature may be required for receipt of shipment.
Damaged Shipments
All orders are thoroughly inspected and securely packed. Upon receiving a package, please inspect for any noticeable or concealed damage. If there is significant damage to the package, please refuse delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours so that a claim may be filed with the shipping carrier.
