Only Credit Card phone orders can be accepted. Please have all Credit Card and ordering information available when placing your call. Sorry, we can not accept Collect Calls or C.O.D. orders. Orders only call 1-800-645-2565 (except New York Metro Area) or 516-379-2610 or Fax 516-379-2909.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. Currency, bank draft, money order, wire transfer, or approved credit card via PayPal. For more information please write, call, Fax or email sales@freeportmarine.com.


RETURN MERCHANDISE


A full refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. A 10% restocking charge may be levied after 5 days. All returned merchandise must be BRAND NEW, in its ORIGINAL saleable condition and accompanied by a Sales Receipt. A restocking charge may otherwise be charged. Sorry, Special Order or Cut merchandise are NOT returnable.


GIFT CARDS

Freeport Marine Merchandise Gift Cards, for any amount, may be obtained by Mail, Telephone or in person. Credit Card, Check or in person cash payment accepted.
